We use these items to let one and all know who we are



The Tabard
This can be as simple or complex as desired. It is simply a green tabard with a gold mug on the front. Several Fatguys have writing on the back. Quite a few have pockets built into them (usually for beer). They are worn for battle, or court , or partying, or any other occasion, or not worn at all. The last is often because the lord has misplaced it in a drunken stupor.
NOTE, There Are a few tabards that have additional items on them, There are gentles who have earned themselves a crown, These gentles will have foam on their mug. It has also been decided that any Fatguy silly enough to win a crown twice deserves a silver lid on their mug.


The Banner
The banner is the same design as the tabard. The one exception I know of is the original banner. The ony diference between the other banners is it has the words "Fat Guys" written on it. This banner is revered (sort of). The banners are used to make even our camps look really cool. They have also been used to hide beer (don't tell any one)


The Baseball Cap
Any old baseball cap will do. Green baseball caps with the words "Fat Guys" are best. If one of these are not handy, any beer cap will do nicely.

The Baldric
This is a relativly new thing. It is a simple green baldric with a small gold mug embroidered on it. The baldric is worn from the right shoulder to the left waist. It also has a gold trim on the top of the baldric.

The Friends of the Fatguys Favor
This is basicly the same as the Fatguy Banner except it has a yellow border. There are a few that do look a little bit diferent. One has a wine glass instead of a beer mug. There is another that has a big red "W" above the beer mug.(This symbolizes the Fatguy wench)


The Chair
This is one of the items that is not standard. One thing the normal Fatguy craves is comfort. You can usually find a Fatguy lounging around in a comfortable chair. We still belive in spending the day fighting and genarally making our presence felt. But when the days fighting day is over, we like to relax. A large chair is a nescecity. One thing to look for in a chair is size. It must be able to hold a Fatguy, and possible another person. There must be a place to rest the beer and food. Priorities are still priorities.

The Fatguys Tent
To a normal person a tent is nothing more than a place to sleep and keep your stuff. To a Fatguy, A tent is his castle. What a tent company advertizes as a ten man tent is barely enough room for a Fatguy and his stuff. A tent the size of a small country just might be large enough. To live in style, You need a lot of space.

The Fatguys Lady (or lord)
A Fatguy will forget just about every thing but his armour if it were not for his lady. Even more important than a lady, is an understanding one. It takes a lot to put up with a Fatguy. Someone that will still stand by you, even after a long night of drinking, is just about the most important thing there is. A lady is not required, it just make life a lot easier.
